Menu


Class menu includes a main dish, two side dishes, and a dessert. Each class takes 3 hours to complete and the price is per person.

Filet...............................$99

Roasted filet mignon tenderloin with Port wine reduction sauce, served with oven roasted carrots and corn with garlic herb mashed potatoes. Dessert options below.

Salmon............................$90

Oven roasted salmon with tomato, caper and herb sauce served with wild rice and roasted seasonal vegetables. Dessert options below.

Pork Tenderloin.............$90

Herb roasted pork tenderloin with Port wine reduction sauce, served with roasted three-color squash and creamy herb polenta with parmesan. Dessert options below.

Chicken Piccata...............$82

Chicken Piccata with a fresh lemon caper sauce, alongside herb mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus sprinkled with parmesan. Dessert options below.

Skirt Steak.....................$89

Grilled skirt steak marinated in a ginger hoisin sauce, served with 'smashed' potatoes drizzled with truffle oil, sour cream and green onions, alongside a salad topped with pear, Roquefort cheese and a Champagne vinaigrette. Dessert options below.

Risotto..............................$79

Creamy lemon risotto with asparagus and grilled prawns, served with a fresh salad with seasonal berries, herb croutons and a white balsamic vinaigrette. Dessert options below. *Can be made vegetarian as well.
