This is where you will cook up some delicious memories while we take care of the details, so you can enjoy the event too! Class menu includes a main dish, two side dishes and a dessert. The class takes 3 hours to complete and the price is per person. (V) can be made into a vegetarian dish if need be. (GF) can be made gluten free. Should you have a guest with dietary needs, please let us know.

Grilled Skirt Steak..........................$125

Marinated in a ginger hoisin sauce, served with roasted herb potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Dessert options below.

Filet Mignon..........................$120

Roasted filet mignon with Bordelaise mushroom sauce (GF) served with rustic garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and corn. Dessert options below.

Pan Seared Salmon............................$110

Served with lemon dill sauce, garlic & parmesan orzo and roasted vegetables. Dessert options below.

Panko Crusted Salmon............................$105

Served with tomato, red onion and caper relish served with a rice medley of brown, white, and wild rice and oven roasted vegetable medley. Healthy and delicious! Dessert options below.

Chicken Piccata...............$90

Classic chicken piccata with a fresh lemon, mushroom, and caper sauce (GF), served with herb mashed potatoes and an oven roasted vegetable medley. Dessert options below.

Lemon Risotto with Zucchini & Grilled Prawns (V)........................$88

Creamy lemon risotto with asparagus and roasted zesty prawns, served with a spring mix salad with fresh seasonal berries and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Dessert options below.
