Class menu includes a main dish, two side dishes, and a dessert.
Each class takes 3 hours to complete and the price is per person.

roasted carrots and corn, with garlic herb rustic Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Dessert options below.

Herb Panko crusted salmon with tomato, red onion and caper relish served with a
rice medley of brown, white, and wild rice and oven roasted vegetable medley. Dessert options below.
Chicken Piccata...............$82
Chicken Piccata with a fresh lemon, mushroom, and caper sauce, served with herb
mashed potatoes and an oven roasted vegetable medley. Dessert options below.
Mushroom Risotto.............................$79
Mushroom risotto with grilled zesty chicken goujonettes served with an iceberg wedge lettuce salad with
tomatoes, bacon, and freshly made 'Society' blue cheese dressing. Dessert options below. *Can be made vegetarian as well.

Grilled skirt steak marinated in a ginger hoisin sauce, served with Yukon gold 'smashed' potatoes
with truffle oil, sour cream and green onion, alongside a salad with Roquefort

Creamy lemon risotto with asparagus and roasted zesty prawns, served with a fresh
spring mix salad with fresh seasonal berries, herb croutons and drizzled with a white balsamic vinaigrette.
