Class menu includes a main dish, two side dishes and a dessert. The class takes 3 hours to complete and the price is per person.

Filet...............................$99

Roasted filet mignon tenderloin with Gorgonzola cream sauce, served with oven roasted carrots and corn, with garlic herb rustic Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Dessert options below.

Salmon............................$90

Herb Panko crusted salmon with tomato, red onion and caper relish served with a rice medley of brown, white, and wild rice with oven roasted fresh green beans. Dessert options below.

Chicken Piccata...............$82

Chicken Piccata with a fresh lemon, mushroom, and caper sauce, served with herb mashed potatoes and oven roasted fresh green beans. Dessert options below.

Mushroom Risotto.............................$79

Mushroom risotto with grilled zesty chicken goujonettes served with an iceberg wedge lettuce salad with tomatoes, bacon, and freshly made 'Society' blue cheese dressing. Dessert options below. *Can be made vegetarian as well.
